Withdrawal Policies
WITHDRAWAL FROM COLLEGE
Procedure
- Students who wish to voluntarily withdraw from college must consult the Registrar to obtain the appropriate forms for an authorized withdrawal.
- Students who withdraw before the end of the Change of Registration period will receive no academic record on the student transcript.
- Students who withdraw after the Change of Registration period and before the deadline for course withdrawals will receive a 'VW' grade in each course.
- Courses dropped after the deadline for course withdrawals will receive an F grade.
- Students dismissed from the college will receive an F grade unless sufficient work has been completed prior to dismissal to warrant a passing grade without work being completed as determined by the Vice President Academic in consultation with the faculty member.
- Financial reimbursements, if any, are determined according to the scale noted under Refund of Fees in the academic catalogue.
