Project Management

Just about everything we do as teams is a project, from translating the Bible into a new language, to drilling wells to provide safe water for impoverished communities, bringing the Gospel to people who have never heard or building houses for those whose homes have been destroyed by earthquake or flood. Every project needs someone to determine the steps that need to be taken and the order in which they should be taken and then guides the process through to fulfilment. Project managers are those kind of people doing those kind of vital roles.

This specialization requires students to complete the Project Management Certificate from the Continuing Education Faculty or the Project Management course at the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University. This must be done before entering the 2nd year and can be done during May and June between the two years of the Diploma program, online or as scheduled during the regular semester.

Required Courses:

Biblical & Theological Studies (15 credit hours)

General Arts (18 credit hours)

Professional Studies (21 credit hours plus specialization courses)

Electives (3 credits)
