Interdisciplinary Courses

IDS100 — Christian Faith & Practice I (3)

This course, in combination with IDS101, provides a survey of the basic Christian doctrines: God, Christ, Holy Spirit, the Scriptures, humanity, sin, salvation, the Church, and last things, integrated with a study of the implications of these fundamental Christian truths on the way we, as Christians, live and do ministry in our contemporary culture. The course combines theology and ethics so that the student understands why we believe what we believe and why we do what we do. Biblical truth is shown to be the foundation of our ethical decisions.
