Transcripts

Transcripts are issued upon submission of the Transcript Request Form with payment to the Office of the Registrar.  Official transcripts are issued directly to other educational institutions or employers unless the receiving institution requests otherwise.  All financial accounts must be settled in full before a transcript will be issued.  Transcript Request Forms received by fax or mail with payment will be processed within 3 working days.
