Off Campus Housing

At RMC a majority of students live outside the Residence Program. To assist students who are seeking housing, the Student Life Department maintains a list of available off-campus housing that is updated regularly.

Please note: Rocky Mountain College Off-campus Housing list is a service to the community and RMC students. RMC assumes no liability concerning arrangements between landlord and tenant. Participants are encouraged to enter in to a contractual agreement.

Posting an Off Campus Housing Listing:

1. Register (create a login name and password)
2. Once you are logged in, select the appropriate classification your listing will fit
3. Once you have selected the classification (Apartment, House, Room, or Shared), select "Submit Ad" from the top of the page.
4. Fill in the appropriate information and submit for approval.
5. You're finished! Your listing will now be reviewed for approval.
