HEALTH INFORMATION
Although Rocky Mountain College does not have full-time medical staff, there are some easily accessible options for students.
Brentwood Family Medical Clinic serves our students; and is within walking distance. The clinic is available both by walk in and appointment. For 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to a registered nurse, for additional information and/or questions contact Calgary HealthLink through the Calgary Health Region at (403) 943-5465.
Student needing health coverage may apply to Alberta Healthcare toll free by phone (780) 427-1432 or online at www.gov.ab.ca.
ID CARDS
All students will require Student ID cards to use in the library. You may have your picture taken in THE HUB. Students taking more than 9 credit hours will have a Calgary Transit sticker attached to their ID for transit. Student ID cards will also be able to be used as your printing debit card in the library.

The Calgary Tower
Enjoy superb cuisine and a bird's eye view of the city from one of Calgary's most recognizable icons. Dine in the rotating lounge and watch the mountains, downtown high-rises and prairies all pass by before dessert arrives. Now featuring the newly installed glass floor on the observation deck!
Glenbow Museum
Turn back time with a trip to Calgary's Glenbow Museum. Glenbow is western Canada's largest museum with more than 20 galleries filed with artifacts from Glenbow's collection of over a million antiquities.
Royal Tyrrell Museum (in Drumheller)
Wander among the hoodoos in the Badlands of central Alberta and learn about dinosaurs at the facinating Tyrrell Museum.
The Calgary Stampede
Everyone goes western during this annual, July event. Dubbed "The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth", see Alberta's finest in agriculture, watch the rodeo, cheer on the chuck wagons and enjoy a spectacular grandstand show.
Calgary Zoo, Botanical Gardens, & Prehistoric Park
Well known zoo with over 1200 animals, great for children and for those who are still children at heart!
Devonian Gardens
One of the world's largest indoor parks, located downtown on TD square's top floor. You will find beautiful plants, flowers, goldfish, turtles and fountains. A great place to go for a relaxing afternoon.
Family Leisure Centre
Activites include a waves pool, waterslides, hot tub, sauna, and weight room. View the site for more activities.
