Admission Requirements
To begin your journey at Rocky Mountain College, please ensure you meet the following baseline requirements* for evaluation by our admissions committee:
- Official high school transcripts or equivalent.
- A personal statement of faith and spiritual motivation.
- Two character references from pastoral or academic leaders.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Our holistic review process considers your background and heart for service alongside academic achievements. Applications are processed year-round for maximum flexibility.

Our fee structure:
Tuition: $425 (- $30 scholarship*) = $395/credit hour
Access Fee: $60/credit hour
Application Fee: $50
*RMC is pleased to automatically apply a $30/credit hour scholarship to each student who is enrolled.

At Rocky Mountain College, we believe that significant learning happens through faithful service and prior academic pursuits. We offer a generous transfer policy and a clear pathway for you to receive credit for your life and ministry experience, helping you reach your goals faster and affordably.
Academic Transfer
Bring in credits from other accredited institutions. We accept up to 90 transfer credits for our Bachelor programs, ensuring your past hard work translates directly into your degree here. Any transfer credits will be assessed during the application process.
Your years of ministry service, professional training, and leadership can be evaluated for college credit. We value the wisdom gained through your context-based calling.

How do I start the application process?
The process begins by clicking our 'Apply Now' button. You will need to create an account, submit your official transcripts, and provide names for references. Our admissions team will then guide you through the remaining steps.
What are the academic requirements for admission?
Prospective students generally require a high school diploma with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Specific programs may have additional prerequisites, such as prior theological study for advanced degree tiers. RMC is proud to partner with homeschooled students as well. Contact our office for more information.
Does Rocky Mountain College offer financial aid?
Yes, we are an accredited institution, meaning students are eligible for both federal and provincial student loans and grants.
Are the programs fully online?
Absolutely. Our Digital Education model is designed to be fully contextualized, allowing you to stay in your current community and ministry while completing your degree. All lectures, assignments, and discussions happen through our online learning platform.
When can I start?
Rocky admission is 24/7. Whenever you're ready to apply, we're ready to start the process with you. Our courses run asynchronously, so you can start your learning journey as soon as your acceptance is confirmed and you've worked through the registration and consultation process with us.
Can I get credit for previous study or life and ministry experience?
Yes. Rocky Mountain College offers transfer credit for eligible coursework from other accredited institutions, and we also assess prior life and ministry experience for potential credit toward your program.
